Our ambition is to empower teams' intelligence! We want to help teams work more efficiently by creating a single place to leverage their knowledge and with this in mind we're looking for
Finance and Administration manager to grow the support functions in France and in the US(finance, legal, compliance, risk, people services). 🙌 The role

As GitBook grows and expands to new countries, the support functions are scaling fast in size and expertise, you will be in charge of :
- Be responsible for our Financial Accounting and Controlling operations
- Be in charge of yearly audits, as well as ad-hoc financial audits
- Optimise our finance processes, and advance the finance tool stack to drive automation
- Contribute to financial planning and budgeting by providing insights that support decision making
- Manage relationships and work with the right external partners to achieve our goals (auditors, accountants, consultants etc)
- Provide ad-hoc finance support on projects with other teams (sales, data, people...) that may vary depending on business strategy
- Ensure full compliance with law and regulations

- You have a strong background in Finance in high-growth startup
- You're a true generalist and are able to switch easily between complex and varied topics
- You're comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail
- You have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- You have the ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners
- You are a quick learner, able to work under pressing deadlines and changing priorities
