We are looking for a Finance and Admin Manager (🗓 CDD or fixed term contract from February to July 2020) to be a business partner internally and externally on all financial and administrative matters in an international environment (US and France).
As a Finance and Admin Manager, you will be in charge of :
Accounting management :
you will review monthly financial data and prepare monthly report.
you will monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as cost approval, accounts payable….
you’ll be in liaise with the CPA for the monthly accounting datas.
you’ll be in liaise with the financial auditor (US and France) as well and will be able to reply to their requests.
Admin, Payroll and Cash management :
you’ll be in charge of the cash management (follow up expenses with Spendesk).
you will follow up processes and be able to improve it when need be.
you’ll be responsible for the payroll (including travel expenses) and social taxes through Payfit and the benefits.
you'll follow up on administrative topics (on-boarding or off-boarding).
This list is not exhaustive and will be adapted depending on the new projects.
On a daily basis you will have a lot of interactions with our entire team to provide advices and guidances on your area of expertise.
You will also be able to work on specific topic with any team member as we are working with 1 week sprints to create a great dynamic with our entire 10 people-team, to improve performance and to help us deliver on ambitious goals all together.

your expertise in controlling, financial audit as you have at least 3 years of experience
your knowledge of startup environment (bonus)
your ease to communicate both written and spoken English
your autonomy : thanks to your experience you know exactly how to execute on your own
